Boys and Girls Cross Country Summer Conditioning

Conditioning for the Kettering Boys & Girls Cross Country Teams begins Tuesday, June 27 and will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-9:00 AM – meet at the Kettering Pool area. Friday conditioning is at Hess Hathaway Park. No conditioning the week of July 3-9. NOW is the time to prepare for the fall season!
